Historic Banff

Cave and Basin National Historic Site of Canada

The Cave and Basin National Historic Site of Canada celebrates the creation of Canada’s National Park System, which began in 1885. Onsite are exhibits and displays, but most exciting are the warm mineral springs that occur naturally inside the cave site and outside the basin site. The site is temporarily closed due to renovations, but is set to re-open in December of this year.

At the end of each day, enjoy resting your head at one of the many hotels in Banff. Find accommodations that will meet your needs by searching based on your dates of travel, hotel location, type, affordability.
